The game is almost upon us and with it a slew of freaking awesome merchandise! You've already seen one of the faceplates that have been released to retail stores, now witness the console case and second faceplate!
The second faceplate also comes with two skins to put on the sides of your Xbox 360. They are pretty decent, though they are folded up in the package and need some time to uncurl when you get them out. The console case? Absolutely sweet with plenty of room to store all your stuff for your big Gears LAN party.

The faceplate kit will run your 30 bucks and the console case will run you about 60. Now I must hunt down a Gears lanyard...after seeing Pink's i'm jealous! Plus my Halo 2 one is getting old...

This is a really pretty faceplate. There are only 300 of them made. This one is personally signed by Major Nelson. Honestly , no offense Major but your autograph really isn't worth anything, I love you like a father figure but I probably could have got your autograph about 890 times at E3. I did actually bid on this. It was 30$ when I found it. I then bid 40$, then 45$.. It seems like someone wants it more then me. Thats ok im not into paying a goldmine for a piece of plastic, although I really like it. I did buy the Zero Hour faceplate for 100$ (which i kinda regret seeing you can pick them up for cheaper now.)

Okay, These arent the nicest shoes ever, but its the though that counts. I have been thinking of making xbox 360 themed shoes for a while. I seen so many Sony ones, Xbox 360 needs some love too! Well, great minds think a like ... i guess. These Xbox themed shoes, are ugly, but.. yeah. I do like the Sole. I dont know much about these, If you do drop me a line!

When ever i play Need for Speed, it is a must i that add carbon fiber to my car. Why? Because It just makes your car that much better. If it where up to me, i would be walking round in a carbon fiber dress and shoes to match. Umm, on second though, I would make my x360 carbon fiber. And now i can! This little puppy is on Ebay for 16.95 usd. They carry a variety of colors, sure to please everyone and anyone.

These are really neat pens. Super handy when it comes to writting in your diary in the middle of the night. On Ebay right now for a bit over 5 bucks.

This is a Xbox 360 case mod created by Honest-Skinbox. You might think someone has to be pretty bored to make one of these. But actually its for a good cause,really. GQ Taiwan and Microsoft got 10 artist to create custom Xbox 360s, which are being auctioned off on Yahoo Taiwan, with the proceeds going to benefit World Vision. Some of the artists include famous Dave White, 123 klan and others.

Getting a hold of one of those E3 limited edition Gears of War faceplate would be sweet, but let’s face it; for some of us 130 bucks or more is a steep price to pay for a faceplate. Especially considering that for that price you could pick up two brand new holiday titles that are bound to kick butt for the 360!

For the more budget oriented folks out there, you can pick up a Gears of War faceplate for $19.99 at Gamestop stores or http://www.gamestop.com. I’ve just received mine and due to the fact that Gamestop’s picture of the faceplate is rather sketchy; I’ve decided to take a picture of mine.

Is it better then the E3 faceplate? Maybe not, but it’s still pretty sweet! This sucker will stay on my 360 in till the new Halo faceplate comes out.

Circuit City is offering a free Gears Of War face plate if you pre-order the game at the store. Unfortunately you have to wait till the game comes out to get your free swag.

I don't like the look of this faceplate. The graphics in Blue Dragon are amazing but this vector dragon is boring. From what Kotaku says this will be included in a special bundle unveiled at TGS '06 for Japan.

Well fatties, pull into you local Burger King soon and you will find out that they are giving out 3 different Xbox / 360 compatible. Each game will have achievements and gamerscore points to unlock. This is the first time that something on this level has been done between a food chain and console.
